• Unworn merchandise may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days with a receipt.

• Unworn merchandise returned without a receipt may be exchanged for store merchandise or a gift card equal to the current selling price.

• Skateboard decks are not fully guaranteed. Once a deck has been used, it cannot be returned or refunded.

• Assembled complete skateboards cannot be returned.

• Sale merchandise is exchange only.

How to return an online order

1.  Log in to your account (usually My account in the top right).

2.  Go to My orders.

3.  Open the order and click View.

4.  Click Return items at the bottom.

5.  Select the item(s) and quantity you want to return.

6.  Choose a reason (and what you’d like us to do — refund or exchange).

7.  Submit the request.

We’ll review it and email you next steps, including where to ship the item. Items should be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached when possible.
